Hannah Elizabeth Bridal is a luxury bridal boutique based in Botley, Hampshire. Stocking designer bridal gowns from the likes of Vera Wang and Jane Hill, Hannah Elizabeth Bridal is a must-visit for bride-to-be’s in Hampshire, Surrey, London and surrounding counties.

We started working with Hannah Elizabeth Bridal in mid-2021. At the time, Hannah Elizabeth Bridal was in a transitionary period, moving away from a few of her bridal designers to focus on targeting a more modern, high-end bride. This meant overhauling a lot of her brand identity to better relate to the her new target client.

the goal

There were multiple goals for Hannah Elizabeth Bridal. First and foremost, the aim was to position Hannah Elizabeth Bridal as an on-trend bridal boutique for fashion-forward brides. Secondly. we needed to increase brand awareness beyond the local area and start to create demand in other regions, such as Surrey and London.

Finally, we looked to increase booking conversion rate on the website, creating a seamless booking process for brides, reducing admin within the boutique and automating as many steps as possible. This allowed for a premium client experience before they’d even stepped into the boutique - one that paralleled the luxurious bridal shopping experience they would receive at Hannah Elizabeth Bridal.

the approach

First, we ran a brand and SEO audit, resulting in a complete overhaul of the website copy and a fresh tone of voice. We worked closely with Hannah herself to get this just right, devising a new list of keywords to target the luxury bride.

We planned a full content strategy for the website, ensuring to use keywords that aligned with the brand evolution. By speaking directly to the target bride and solving her problems, we were able to build trust and gain authority within a new market.

We integrated advanced and specific bridal booking software, from calendar booking integrations to inventory management and bespoke email automation based on appointment type and dress bought. We also set up payment software to enable Hannah to take appointment payments instead of chasing these via the phone.

Finally, we leveraged PPC and Paid Social to deliver an integrated remarketing strategy, bringing users back from organically-build channels and encouraging conversion.
