The background story

Ashcrest Joinery is a leading luxury joinery company. The founder, Rob Coe, started as Robert Coe Carpentry in 2011, and developed a strong reputation as a skilled, passionate craftsman with years of expertise. He decided to rebrand to Ashcrest Joinery in 2021.

Based in Surrey, Ashcrest Joinery crafts premium bespoke joinery for traditional character properties in and around Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and London. Their work includes handmade bespoke kitchens, to custom media units/walls and made-to-measure wardrobes, walk-in dressing rooms, utility rooms, boot rooms and more. Their commitment to quality and a truly bespoke approach for clients that value both functionality and breathtaking woodwork.

Ashcrest Joinery has an excellent reputation and needed a platform to showcase its portfolio of stunning craftsmanship to a wider audience online.

We wanted to build a website with a modern edge while still attracting high-end clients and increasing their visibility within Surrey and Hampshire. Additionally, their social media presence and advertising need revitalising to generate a higher level of engagement and drive demand for more unique joinery products, previously limited to phone photos of very old projects

What we did

We provide Ashcrest Joinery with a large proportion of their digital presence, and a comprehensive strategy to elevate this.

Beginning with Website Design, Build and Management, we redesigned their website to be sleek and user-friendly and most importantly, to better reflect their brand, implementing SEO audits and writing blogs to continue boosting organic search visibility.

Our Google Ads focus on driving localised, qualified leads through targeted search and we utilise Paid Social campaigns to grow brand awareness and drive traffic through to both the website and Ashcrest Joinery’s social media pages. Our remarketing strategy ensures that we deliver more than just the first touchpoint, resulting in qualified leads booking through the consultation form on the website.

We structured a consistent posting schedule for social media, with curated content showcasing quality craftsmanship and behind-the-scenes content. We shoot ‘authentic’ content on phone to support quantity of content needed, while working with professional photographers and videographers in our network to ensure the brand image is maintained throughout all channels.

The results

This shift in strategy gave Ashcrest Joinery the space to present itself as it truly is. Instead of blending into a crowded market, the brand began attracting homeowners who valued craftsmanship, tradition, and a deeply personal service. Enquiries grew, yet the real win came from the quality of those enquiries. We were now speaking to clients looking for £100k+ kitchens and tailored joinery that matched Ashcrest’s calibre.

Visibility lifted across every channel. With the new website, ongoing social media, content days, paid social, Google Ads, and a considered SEO strategy, the brand carved out a far stronger digital presence. More people were discovering Ashcrest for the right reasons and staying engaged because the story finally aligned with the standard of the work.

Performance followed suit. Revenue rose by 60%. Monthly enquiries increased almost fivefold. And the social audience shifted from a modest 800-plus followers to more than 5,000, which is an uplift of well over 500%. A steady, qualified community now surrounds the brand, helping to cement its standing across Surrey, London, and the surrounding counties.
